Mini & Me Shipping Policy
We take great care in packaging and shipping your purchases so they arrive safely. Please read our shipping guidelines below.
Processing Times
- Ready-to-ship products: Dispatched within 3 business days.
- Made-to-order products: Dispatched within 1 week to allow time for creation.
Shipping Rates & Timeframes
We currently ship within New Zealand and internationally. Estimated delivery times are:
New Zealand Shipping
- Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
International Shipping
- Delivery times vary by destination but generally take 7–21 business days.
- Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the buyer's responsibility.
Order Tracking
- Tracking is available for selected shipping methods (NZ only and at request for International at an additional fee). If tracking is included, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Delays & Lost Packages
- While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Mini & Me is not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
- If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us, and we will assist in tracking your package.
