Mini & Me Refund Policy
At Mini & Me, we take pride in creating high-quality, hand made items. We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions:
Change of Mind
- Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before purchasing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we will replace or refund your purchase. To qualify:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@miniandme.co.nz
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s).
- If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Lost Orders
- If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 business days (NZ) or 30 business days (international), please contact us. We’ll do our best to track your order and arrange a solution.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
