Hi, I'm Monique 👋

I'm a maker, and a creative at heart. By day I work in advertising - a world of big ideas and fast deadlines. But it's in the quiet hours, surrounded by linen, muslin, and organic cotton, that I feel most like myself. That's where Mini & Me was born.

Why Mini & Me?

As my friends and family became parents, I found myself searching for something different. Something that felt considered, gentle, and made to last. I wanted nursery pieces and baby gifts that weren't just beautiful, but meaningful. Things a child might one day pass on to their own little one. I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for, so I started making it myself.

Mini & Me is my answer to a world of fast, disposable everything. Every piece is a small act of slowness.

How each piece is made

Everything in the Mini & Me collection is handmade by me, in my Auckland studio. I work with natural, carefully chosen materials - soft linen, breathable muslin, and certified organic cotton - because what touches a baby's skin matters, and so does where it comes from.

What to expect

Values I make by

Small-batch making is inherently sustainable. I don't overproduce, I don't waste, and I don't compromise on materials to cut costs. Buying from Mini & Me means supporting a one-woman, New Zealand-made business and choosing something that was made thoughtfully, not manufactured mindlessly.

Who makes your products?

All my products are hand made by myself in my sunny little studio here in Auckland. I do not import or outsource the production of any item.

What materials do you use?

I use a variety of materials! My linen range uses high quality linen and organic linen where I can source the colour I am after. My bunny teethers and dummy clips use natural wood and linen or cotton fabric and my minky bunnies use faux fur sourced from overseas, it is super soft! Can you make me something custom?

I am not offering any custom orders at the moment.

Do you have a physical store?

I wish! The best way to see my products in person is to find me at markets around Auckland. Follow my instagram to see where I will be popping up next.

How long is shipping?

I will have your order shipped out within 48 hours. I ship with Pass The Parcel and provide full tracking. Outside of the Christmas period parcels generally take a few days to arrive.
